We are passionate about our business and we want to promote Dulce de Leche around the world while respecting the original recipe. We are committed to continuing this tradition of the heritage of the Argentine gastronomy.
Also, the enrichment of our know-how related for example to our innovation policy is possible only in the respect of the tradition. We are the first on the market to have launched a range of organic Dulce de Leche.
Respect and food safety of our products
All our Dulce de Leche are made from fresh milk from the region. No additives, no controversial substances are used for our Dulce de Leche recipes.
We guarantee the food safety of our products by respecting the control and monitoring procedures and by the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACPP) plan. Our ‘Quality’ service has set up a table of indicators to improve our food safety performance.
In the interest of quality requirements and voluntarily, we have decided to submit our practices to the highest certifications on the market such as IFS (International Food Standard) and BRC (British Retail Consortium). These certifications are renewed annually.
We inscribe our activity in a logic of continuous improvement.
